I love Diamonds by Dianne. Small private owned but the quality and attention one is given is above and beyond expectations. My mother, sister and myself are customers that just cannot get enough of her place. Any Pandora needs you have, go see anyone in their staff. The attitudes and personalities are amazing, thus making their customer service the best. It's a place that welcomes you warmly and keeps you coming back.

Have been coming to this jewelry store for a few years now. Service is always friendly. Store offers beautiful selection of jewelry and I've gotten Pandora charms and changed out watch batteries here. Thanks Dianne.

I brought my diamond engagement ring to be fixed. I picked this store because I knew it had been in business for many years & I felt they could b trusted. I met Diane, she is a lovely lady that will cater to your needs; helpful, but not pushy; real people person. She has various styles of jewelry for many different budgets too. My ring is fixed, back on my hand, and I am pleased.

I have been using Diamonds by Diane for years. Before my mom has passed she purchased a watch as a gift for my niece and I. I loved the watch and always go back for battery changes , a cracked crystal and they have even helped set the watch when I couldn't . I have had pieces of jewelry ordered from here, designed , purchased and restored. Dianne is so sweet to deal with and her staff is always friendly and accommodating

Needed to replace a watch band and shorten a band. After my GPS sent me in circles 2 times around Coralwood Mall, I found Diane on the street of Del Prado Blvd. Though they were busy I was quickly helped. I had my issues taken care of. ( Note: They now photograph your items when dropped off for repair along with a description. Good security procedure.) My item was fixed and other to be picked up later. A good experience.

I recently came in to have my grandfathers gold cross pendant fitted to go on my gold necklace, When I came in i needed it fitted within 48 hours of dropping its off and Joan and Dianne took wonderful care of me. We originally agreed the most cost effective route was to add an O ring to make it fit instead of paying for a new bale. As I came in to pick up my pendant today, they were able to enlarge my bale to make it fit perfectly while maintaining the original beauty of the piece for the same cost. Wonderful service and extremely efficient on short notice. I will definitely be returning and recommending to my friends and family!
